We will locate any lost pet. Anywhere. (Make note,) Communication to some countries from the USA can be difficult. We learned this quickly while locating some missing children in Australia! 

This service is dear to our hearts. Most of us have been through this more than once!

If we do not locate your pet because we found out they had passed. You will get a refund. Minus the $25 dollar welfare check that was needed to determine Status.  We can still do location if that's a viable option. We will not accept payment from anyone with bad intentions towards the animal or those helping. 

We first determine health, alive, injured, mobile, safe, etc.

Then proceed. The first few days is crucial. We once found a pet missing for 6 months!
